SANDIGAN, led by aspiring President Norella Franceska B. Belen and aspiring 1st Vice President John Sidre' S. Cruz, releases its admittance of fault and apology letter as a sanction due to their Supreme Student Council (SSC) campaign guidelines violations.

Prior to the campaign period, Partido SANDIGAN published their cover photo for their Facebook page containing the candidates' faces, names, and positions, which can be considered a premature posting based on the existing campaign rules.

"Una, Yung premature posting nila last Sunday, sa kanilang page, that contains their name and positions," the COMELEC Chairperson, Christian Joseph A. Esguerra, said. "Though we didn't count it as a violation kasi it's not clearly indicated sa guidelines namin about premature campaigning prohibition, kaya we let it slide pero they have been warned about it, and they want to apologize for that."

Following that, the aspiring secretary from SANDIGAN, Nichole Angela G. Dela Cruz, commonly known as "Gab," shared a campaign post from their party's Facebook page even after the allowed period, violating the COMELEC guidelines.

Due to these disobediences, COMELEC asked the party to issue its statement regarding the matter.

Before these offenses, SANDIGAN, throughout the campaign, claimed themselves as progressive and inclusive.

Centro Escolar Integrated School Malolos (CEIS) pushed through the SSC campaigns from September 19 to 23, marking the first face-to-face student council campaigns after two years of distance learning.
